We are in Phase 2: Pilot Platform. The core platform is built and tested with 196 automated browser tests. It is ready for pilot deployment. Phases 3 and 4 build on this foundation: first creating a clearer model of how the organisation works, then introducing AI assistants where the workflow is understood, the data is trusted and people remain in control.
